No complaint re surgery. But patients here are left looking at 4 walls, 24/7. No communial area, no TV. no newspaper.
Food is the worst ever and families cannot take home made food & re-heat as they say they do not have a microwave. I know, that this Ward has a State of the Art kitchen but has not been in use since change of management at hospital.
Can you imagine, being put in a room with no company, no TV, no newspaper and all this when you are bedridden & feeling very vulnerable?
This, in my mind is "Cruel" and can make patients desperate to get home, even if they are not really well enough.
Please, as well as good medical care, please show these "Human Beings" some compassion.
