Last Tuesday my partner was really ill and as it was near midnight I called 111 for help and advice. I wanted to let you know how good the service was – they took the worry off us and helped us considerably.
A doctor was sent round to see my partner as I did not feel I would be able to drive him safely to the hospital. My partner was given an injection to stop him vomiting and was also given a thorough check.
The level of care was excellent – the doctor even asked me to call him in the morning to ensure my partner was OK.
