We visited the hospital on several occasions due to severe back pains.
Each time we were turned away with recommending painkillers.
I feel the staff cannot wait to get you out the door. I think they are rude and don't even do any tests. I think they just guess your diagnosis.
My partner now has to go back to the GP AGAIN to be referred BACK to heartlands to be treated poorly again if even treated at all!
