"I was immediately put at ease"

About: Solihull Hospital / Breast surgery

(as the patient),

I have just arrived back home from a rapid access appointment at the breast clinic. While this is always a worrying time for so many women from the time of walking in to the volunteer's, nursing staff, radiographers and consultants, I was immediately put at ease and was informed at all times what was going to happen. Thank goodness my results were ok, but a massive thank you and well done to all of you. You should ALL be very proud.
