If staff read the posts and do nothing, ie no contact with the person who posted, what does that say about the service? To me I am afraid it typifies the lack of care that is present in the NHS mental health services. Just to read and do nothing to try to improve the service seems worse than pretending the service is always looking to improve, basically it is just a lie. Would it really be that hard to contact people regarding their bad experiences and to really see how things could be improved for the patient?
