"bad manners"

I have no idea how the receptionist in outpatients got the job. She is very rude and has no manners what so ever. She most certainly has no patiant care training at all. I really can't quite believe what she is like. It really dont help when your already feeling ill to be spoken down to like that...

We welcome feedback and would like to assure you that all comments are taken seriously and passed on to the relevant managers and team to review as part of our ongoing commitment to improving our patient experience. It is our aim to ensure that all our reception staff receive the relevant training including Customer Service NVQ – Level 2 and 3, Mental Health Awareness Training and Reception Standards Training.
