"Kind and friendly staff at visit to Tolworth Hospital"

My mother, accompanied by my father and myself, went to Tolworth Hospital, for her regular memory check up with Dr Holton this afternoon.

The staff at reception were kind and friendly, and phoned Dr Holton's assistant, to say that a wheelchair might be needed (without our asking). Dr Holton's assistant came along with a wheelchair, and was extremely helpful and kind throughout.

When my mother saw Dr Holton, he was very kind, attentive and empathetic. All three of us couldn't have asked for a better service.
