(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My son and I went to the A&E Department. Like mum I was very worried about my son eliminated blood but the doctors and nurse were very friendly and they explained very good what happened with my son. In the Waiting room there was a lot of toys, books and toy cars to keep the children busy. Thank you all for looking after my son.

About one week later the episode came back....and we went straight away to Outwood Ward (because the doctors recommended us from GP). In this ward I meet a lot of people very friendly and with good experience. We had a Consulting room just for us and everything was very private. Dr Zoee knew to ask my son a lot of questions about his health and privates (He is 8). Thank you Sr Zoee and Dr Faheem consulting my son, they took a blood test and explained everything very well for us (for me and my husband). Dr Faheem called after 1 hour to speak about the result blood test. Thank you Doctor.

Also my son enjoyed about supper there.

My son was amazed about great condition and great service.
