"Ward 8d - day procedure"

The nurses were wonderful, I could not have asked for better care. I had not been in hospital for over 23 years and it was an anxious nerve wracking time, though a straight forward procedure. Everything was explained to me what would happen and they constantly checked to see if there was anything I needed and I couldn't have felt in safer hands. They took my concern of nausea from the anaesthetic seriously even though it is common as I was having a throat operation and was worried I would be sick on the wound. As soon as I felt sick within minutes they had given me anti sickness drugs. They were professional with a fantastic caring bedside manner, thsnk you ladies for taking care of me when I needed it.
