Took wife in with chronic abdominal pain/vomiting, also had no choice but to bring 5yr old with us. Told on check -in, "shouldn't be long". Three hours later (1am), and still plenty in front of us waiting, we had to leave before any diagnosis/treatment as wife's pain had eased enough and we really had to get junior home. Three weeks later (and still waiting for hospital appointment arranged through GP) had to call ambulance due to excruciating pain and vomiting from which she has now been admitted. Seriously poor and very worrying 'service'. Simply put - It needs to improve Additional: There's a section which mentions cleanliness in this review. In A&E someone behind us vomited on the floor. They tried to clean it up themselves but a staff member came along and put the yellow 'slippy floor' sign up and said not to worry as the cleaner would be along in a couple of hours! Is that really acceptable cleanliness & hygiene?! Very poor overall.
"Poor - Left"
