"A very professional experience"

About: Solihull Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I attended an appointment at Solihull hospital for an MRI scan. The waiting area was very clean. I checked in at the main xray reception. Then about 10 minutes before my appointment time a nurse went through the pre scan questionnaire with me in a professional but friendly way. We went through to the scanning room where her manner was very reassuring. Once the scan was finished the nurse and radiographer checked how I was and gave me information about receiving the scan results. All in all a very professional experience. Thank you!
