"Nurse very hostile"

One of the nurse who were assessing and checking us was very rude, spoke in a rude tone and manner was very poorly. There was absolutely no warmth or kindness. Although job was done, she showed clear hostility. Came out feeling uncomfortable and upset.

I am so sorry to learn that your visit to our A&E department left you uncomfortable and upset.
