"Faultless and Marvellous"

Yesterday I visited your Day Surgery Dept under the overall care of Mr Budny. My experience started at 0730 and I left at around 1700. Every aspect of my day bore the hallmark of high quality patient care and assurance. From passing meetings with theatre staff (anaesthetist etc) to the 50 minutes with nuclear medicine specialists to the ward receptionists and nurses, everyone left me with the impression that I was important and their first priority. That said, I noted that my fellow patients in the recovery ward also received attentive care and appeared reassured and happy with their experience.

Whatever the outcome of my surgery and biopsy's, I can only sing the praises of the Stoke Mandeville team - the staff were faultless and marvellous.
