(as the patient),

I was involved in a car accident last week on the M4. Although I only sustained minor injuries, I was extremely badly shaken by the incident. I am very thankful to the paramedic team, Tom and Chloe, who arrived so promptly and handled the situation so professionally. They knew exactly what I needed and is feeling and gave me the mental support that I needed. It was extremely beneficial and crucial at that point for me. Being a member of an NHS staff always on the giving end, it felt wonderful to be in the receiving end and knowing the excellent service you can rely on makes me feel extremely proud. Thank you.
