"Care Regime"

I am a visitor to the local area and was admitted as an emergency during the early hours of 05 November 2014. Despite being distressed, I was put quickly at ease by the paramedics, who treated me in a calm reassuring and informative manner. The same excellent level of care was given by the staff in the emergency and observation departments. All staff had a pleasant demeanour and appeared to enjoy their work. This includes the cheerful cleaning lady and the lady who delivered the meals. I was kept fully informed at every stage of my treatment and once recovered felt confident and able to return to work. We read and hear a lot of negative comments about the NHS in the media. I can emphatically say that my experience at Frimley Park Hospital indicates that you have the right formula. A positive professional workforce who take a great deal of pride in what they do. Bravo
