RE: My Late Husband.
In my opinion, the treatment my husband received was a total disgrace.
My complaint with St George's has been ongoing for over 18 months.
The so called Complaint System that they suppose to have in place does not exist, if it did my family and I would have received the relevant information that has been requested from the start. They do not respond to letter's that have been sent via next day delivery, numerous letter's have been sent.
In my opinion, the treatment my late husband received before his operation and after was a total disgrace, my husband died a week after his operation.
Telephoning the hospital and having to leave a message on a answer machine and that the person would ring you back. Did they ring back no, this was done on numerous occasions.
We cannot understand why our complaint has not been dealt with. The complaint also went to the Chief Executive, still no response to our complaint.
