About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was impressed with the speed with which I received my appointment, from being referred by my GP at Donnington Medical Practice to being contacted by TRAQS and getting and appointment. During the appointment I was treated with dignity – as a person, not just a number. After the scan I saw the consultant who explained the results and further tests I will receive.
