"Friendly and helpful staff"

I am partway through the process of a possible Sleep Apnoea diagnosis, and so far my experience with Aintree Hospital has been good. The staff are friendly and helpful on the phone every time. They answer all my questions in detail. The nurse was also great and explained everything to me very clearly about what would happen over the next few weeks. On my first visit I was quite distressed and upset (I had gotten lost because I am bad at directions and the hospital grounds have the craziest layout ever) and the staff were very nice and supportive there too. I am going in for my overnight sleep study soon and I will leave another review afterwards to let others know how it went.
