"fantastic"

I stayed on Hestercombe ward following my operation and can not speak highly enough of all the staff involved in looking after me during my stay. From the friendly cleaners right up to the surgeon everyone was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and everything they did was carried out with a smile and a wonderful attitude- cleaners, tea ladies, nurses, physio, catering staff , everyone. They should all feel very proud of the job they do. I felt involved and informed all the way through my stay which I personally believe is very important. They didn't just tell me what was going to happen, they gave me options. Thank you all once again and keep up the good work. Ps. The food is wonderful.
