I was admitted for a procedure as a day case as an NHS patient. Everything was super: fhe welcome from the staff, their friendliness and care both pre- and post-procedure. The room was very comfortable, very clean and spacious. The television didn't work, which was a bit of a shame, as it would have helped to calm my pre-procedure nerves. Thank you everyone.

Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted that your stay with us was as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I will notify our maintenance department of the issue experienced with the TV. Patient feedback is invaluable to us as it helps us to continually improve our patient services.
