"Would never recommend!"

About: Newham General Hospital

I've been to the hospital 4 times and only had one positive experience with one doctor. The rest of the times, the staff were rude, doctors uncaring and the overall service poor. I've been trying to cancel my next appointment for two weeks now but couldn't get through on the phone. I finally got through this morning about 9.30am and the lady I spoke with said the urology department doesn't open till 10am. I called again at 12 noon and the person I spoke with said the urology department is closed till 2pm and prmptly puts the phone down on me while I'm still trying to question how they open at 10 am and then are closed till 2pm! Laughable really!
