"Pleasantly surprised"

Over the last few months I have had to visit Dewsbury Hospital, once by ambulance and several other occasions as an out patient. I can only praise all the departments I have had to visit from accident and emergency, ultrasound, MRI, x-ray,blood clinic. I was never kept waiting for my appointment and all staff involved in my care were helpful and friendly. Today we are all very quick to criticise and complain and compliments are few. Thank you To all who looked after me.
