"They are doing a marvellous job"

I was recently in the Royal Hallamshire for 12 days and I couldn’t have had more care and attention anywhere else. I had kept being ill on and off for six months, and my doctor thought it was time I had a full investigation as to what was wrong. I had tests on my heart, liver, kidneys and bowels etc. I have to go back on the 5th May to confirm what is wrong. The nursing staff were so kind and caring, nothing was too much trouble for them to do. The sheets on my bed were changed everyday. It was just the same with the cleaning staff. The floor in my room was cleaned everyday and bins for waste were emptied twice a day. The food menu was excellent and meals were served hot and timing was punctual everyday. I have read and heard about some hospitals having a bad reputation, but they definitely were not talking about the place where I was. I haven’t one wrong word to say about the staff. They are doing a marvellous job. God bless them all.
