I visited the opthalmology department on Monday 3rd November for a routine Punctal dilation. What an eye opener! The pre-procedure staff were helpful and considerate making the necessary paperwork a pleasure rather than a chore. The interval between being processed and the procedure itself was brief. Once I was taken into the theatre area care was taken to explain what was going to happen and all the theatre staff greeted me with a cheery "Good morning" smile. The procedure itself was efficiently carried out and attention was paid to my comfort throughout. Post procedure care included a cup of tea and some hand holding from the opthalmic sister herself! I couldn't have asked for a better experience or greater care. Congratulations and many thanks to all concerned.
