Consultant arranging biopsy was excellent, appointment came through great. From arriving at the day ward to leaving, care was A+. The surgeon, anaesthetist, and nursing staff very attentive, and informative to what was going on with you. Porter and theatre staff also great. Coming in early from Grantham it was all much appreciated. NHS at it's best.
