Care in the OT dept was very good , but was disgusted at the main entrance when I had to go through a fog of cigarette smoke surely a hospital should be a no smoking site or at least have an area away from everyone .The smoke had also permeated inside the hospital and this area was dirty

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We do have a no smoking policy on all our hospital sites and patients/visitors/staff are asked to move to the street if they wish to smoke. However, many visitors and patients choose to ignore this request. We have recently installed tannoys at all main entrances that broadcasts reminders to people not to smoke on site.
