My auntie was admitted to A & E. She was dealt with in a very efficient manner by everyone concerned. Various test were carried out quickly and everything was clearly explained. She was treated with utmost dignity. Volunteers arrived with tea and biscuits and a cheery smile they lightened the mood and made us all feel better. On discharge from the hospital a home care package was arranged and on Saturday and Sunday a nurse was sent to visit her at home. A big thank you to all the staff that dealt with us on Friday 31.10.14. A difficult situation for us all was made a whole lot better by the staff on duty who dealt with us in an excellent manner. A big thank you to you all.
