"Brilliant volunteers in hearing aid repairs"

About: Andover War Memorial Hospital

My father's hearing aid was not working. I came along to the Andover drop in clinic. A good system was in operation and waiting time was limited. A member of staff did the initial overhaul of the hearing aid. He expained all the steps he was taking as he went long. Unfortunately the aid still did not work. An audiologist was between patients, she got my fathers records up on her computer and configured a new hearing aid. Result! What a splendid service. Thanks you all for your help.
