"Exceptional staff"

My father was admitted to Salford Royal last week after having a severe stroke. From the outset the staff on the stroke unit were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Having a big extended family , most of the time we took over the family room and this was always accommodated by the staff. They were always smiling and chatting to my dad even though he didn't always respond. I think they are a model of good practice for their approach to patient care and other stroke units could learn a lot from them.
