"Excellent and timely service"

After four days of pain I contacted 111 and they made me an appointment within 90 minutes at the out of hours service. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and when I saw the doctor he was thorough and painstaking. I received my diagnosis and prescription and useful advice on further signs to watch out for. From phone call to the end of the process was just under two hours. Brilliant service! And well done Eccleshill Community Hospital.
