"Nothing is too much trouble"

About: Lings Bar Hospital / Inpatient Nursing and Rehab (Lings Bar)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Care started in the City then moved to the Queens Medical Centre. I came to Lings Bar Hospital 16 days ago. I can't fault it, nothing is too much trouble.

The things they have done at home, to get me home, is unbelievable. The therapy staff have worked really hard.

Thank you so much for taking the time to praise the care that you are currently receiving whilst a patient with us.

Our therapy staff work as part of the ward team and their aim is to ensure our patients have a positive experience whilst on the ward and are then discharged home safely.

I will forward your comments to the Therapy Team Leader to share with her team.
