(as the patient),

I arrived to the cheeriest & warmest welcome today at Ardmillan House. The receptionist was so nice & very efficient- I was taken straight away even though I'd arrived early. The radiographer made the whole process seem so easy & was also extremely pleasant. In & out in 10 minutes, that's great service. What great people work in our NHS!
