Spent best part of Saturday with my mother, 82 year old attending the Ambulatory Care Unit. The team were very friendly and even though we were there a long time, they kept us informed of timings of diagnostic results, and ensure we were made as comfortable as possible (tea, TV, conversation etc.). Staff very courteous with my mother, and treated her as a human being (is expected but doesn't always happen). thanks.
