I read a story here about seeing a GP at Clapham Manor and thought that this info might be handy.
You can see a GP or nurse from 8am-8pm any day of the week at Gracefield Gardens health and social care centre in Streatham. I know it's a little way from Clapham but they offer a walk-in service or you can call in advance and make an appt. 020 3049 5000.
