"Amazing!"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

I unfortunately suffered two anaphylactic shocks four weeks apart. I had never had one before and both were to completely unrelated causes. The first time I walked into the ED and was immediately taken through to the resuscitation department for immediate treatment. I was there for six hours. The second time I was taken by ambulance and again received treatment straight away staying for approximately five hours.. On both occasions, both Saturday's I received such incredible care and treatment by all staff that I came into contact with. I cannot speak highly enough about the care I received. On the first occasion the department was very busy and the second time not quite as busy but both times the treatment was just amazing, very professional. The only negative comment was the toilets were dirty. I feel very lucky to have had such wonderful NHS staff treating me on both occasions.
