I was transferred to West Cornwall from Treliske with pneumonia, and put in a pleasant small ward with two other old ladies. The atmosphere was wonderful. All the staff were so kind, such lovely caring people. who made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Cleaning was really throrough. Food was good. Medical care was first rate. Five stars for the NHS!
