"MI Health - you listened in my hour of need"

I unfortunately got Labyrinthitis but was mis-diagnosed by the hospital who said I'd had a heart attack, this sent into a downward spiral that I struggled to handle. I lost a lot of weight and became extremely anxious and low about my health and I also lost my partner of 10 years because it was too much to handle and she was struggling.

But following many sessions with Laura P (atMI Health Liverpool), I learnt to break out of that vicious circle and bring a lot more positivity to my life. I no longer worry about my health, I'm even playing 5-a-side again after 9 months out. I have started painting watercolours to relax and now do all those things I couldn't be bothered with, including most importantly seeing all my friends and going out.

I have also been learning to drive and have just passed my theory test: -). Without Laura's help I wouldn't have got back to where I am today, I am more positive about my future and hopefully one day I will reconcile with my lovely partner who also deserves to be happy.
