"worst hospital in the uk"

went to A&E last night and waited 6 hours for nothing, I have a really bad unbearable stomach pain right in centre of my stomach. After 6 hours waiting finally I got to see a nurse and she did my blood and urine test and I've been told it's normal and I should take paracetamol that's it. I still have the pain and because of this pain I can't eat anything or can't even sleep at all, it's just unbearable. The reason I went to A&E is I've been told by doctor that they will do an xray and find out the problem but no, they adviced me to take paracetamol? I still have the pain and it's getting worse and worse. worst hospital on the earth.
