"Thank you to A&E"

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at A&E, everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor went above and beyond. Every single member of staff, even those that weren't treating me, was welcoming, friendly and caring even at a time when it seemed incredibly busy. The triage nurse in particular made sure I was comfortable enough with adequate painkillers which made the wait bearable. Despite it being very busy I didn't hear any other patients complain as it was clear how hard the staff were working and I was seen within the time I expected. I felt in safe hands and that the nurse and doctor had carried out full checks such as an Xray to treat me.
