"polite but that's it"

About: Royal Free Hospital

I have gallstones and have been referred to their department some 10 months ago (fair enough I chose them out of 3 options...wish i had not). The two specialists tried their very best to convince me that wasn't the source of my pain, asked for my gp to do a bunch of pointless tests. How should I put it in a polite way... The pain has been getting worst and the episodes more frequent and now they are 3 times a week.pwrfect symptoms I might add. 10 months with them and 13 months simce the episodes startered. They are not good and their focus is on saving the hospital and nhs money not getting you out of pain. Maybe anywhere you go similar situations might come up but nevertheless the pain I am in now makes me say try smth else. I am trying to do that now.
