"Violent behaviour on ward"

In March this year I had an operation at QMC. I was so pleased with the staff who were working under extreme pressure especially the nurses. One patient had visitors and fell out with everyone as he argued with staff and patients. All this shouting and arguing as well as violent behaviour made me feel quite frightened. I had just had an operation and could not defend myself. Security did not come but the nurses came over and sorted it out. The staff dealt with the situation very well.
