(as a service user),

I had an insoles and fitting consultation with the entire appointment lasting just 15 minutes. I just wanted to say that I felt really happy with the service and the entire process. At no point did I feel any discomfort.

I intend to follow the guidelines set out to me and just want to say again that I'm delighted with the outcome. Joanna and James were the staff that dealt with me and I'm particularly grateful for their work.
