Thank you so much to the members of staff who attended the 999 call to my work in Old Portsmouth Wednesday of last week. Their reassuring manner and patience during my terrifying ordeal was beyond compare. The wait was slower than I imagined it would be but you can tell all the staff are working very hard to manage a very heavy workload. Special thanks to the member of staff who checked back in the day with my colleague how I was doing, a special person indeed.
