"appointment at ear nose and throat specialist"

our appt was cancelled five times and the one we actually turned up to was cancelled also but they failed to tell us about that one! They have a new system for appointments which the staff do not know how to use or doesn't work. we now have been referred to a drs for absolutely for a sleep study which the Dr inform me was for no reason as the hospital has to sort that out. feel like the nhs has treated us very shabbily. I should take my son private but then again why should I!
