"Lovely, friendly staff."

I visited the chest unit today in outpatients. (Waiting area 6.) The staff at the nurses' station were fabulous, as they were all friendly, chatty and amusing, whilst remaining professional. At all times I was treated with respect and asked if I was comfortable, even offered a drink of water. The level of customer service was second to none - better than I have ever experienced at a hotel! Well done and a huge "Thank you" for making my experience so positive. S.J.
