"Issues with service"

About: North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

The latest issue has been the final straw with the recovery team service. I was recently seen by the psychiatrist who I have very little faith in for a reason. However that is a seperate issue. My issue being as result of the appointment my medication was increased and I was told if a certain thing happened I was to contact the team and I would be followed up in 3 months. I find it very unprofessional to send someone away with a change in medication with no schedule monitoring system in place. In fact I find it unacceptable and negligent.

I would also like to raise that my main source of support has also now become unwell as they have felt like they have taken the burden of the fact that I have had no support from the recovery team. Whilst I understand the care has fallen apart due to reasons beyond anyone control, it is not accept that the service is failing to support an individual at a vulnerable time.

Do I need to ask for yourself? I have had some dealings with pals previously but last time felt I got nowhere just fobbed off. I am also in touch with healthwatch with regards to receiving advice about the latest issue mentioned above.
