Good, enjoyed the hands on approach.

Fun guessing game- shocked by the amount of sugar in things.

Enjoyed learning new recipes.

Learning new skills by doing the cooking and healthy ingredients was great.

Thank you very much for your comments. Glad the hands on approach worked well, and I agree it is shocking seeing how much sugar is in some products that are themed for different times of the year.
