"Excellent Care"

My daughter had her baby in the new women and children's unit at princess Royal hospital on the 23rd October 2014 , I have to say that I was so impressed with every aspect of her care , ante natal , delivery ,post natal and community midwives were all exceptional , they treated us as a family with dignity ,courtesy and respect , all aspects of her care were explained and discussed and we can't speak highly enough , today we only hear negatives but we couldn't have had better care if we had paid privately , Thankyou all the staff please keep up the excellent work you do and be assured that your work is greatly appreciated
