"Staff at UCLH do all they can to help"

I have been to UCLH on three separate occasions. I had an endoscope for a bile stone in 2007, then an ultrasound to check my liver and colon on 03/02/09. Most recently I had a colonoscopy. I have always found the treatment and care has been excellent. When I have had treatments, the nurses and staff treat you with consideration and help you to relax. When I had the endoscope, Dr. Hadfield saw me before and told me what was involved and the aftercare in a single room could not be faulted. At all times all staff do all they can to put ones fears behind them. To have the availability of an inflammatory bowel disease nurse is a great reassurance and when I had to call her, her efforts were outstanding.
