(as the patient),

I have had an ingrown toenail that has been causing me some significant discomfort. After 3 courses of treatment to prevent the nail growing inwardly again by the very kind local podiatrist based at my surgery in Keyworth she recommended I had toe nail surgery.

I put this off for some time as I was apprehensive about the surgery and the discomfort. I was treated with the greatest of patience and understanding and had every stage of the procedure explained to me beforehand.

On the day of the surgery I was seen on time - important when you are anxiously waiting and received excellent treatment and care by the podiatrist and Her assistant.

My toe nail is recovering very well and I cannot thank get enough.
